Prodigy 400 FX-2

Prodigy 400 FX-2

The Prodigy FX-2 is the first addition to the new FX-Series. Slightly faster than the F-Series but not quite as fast as the H-Series discs. The FX-2 is an overstable driver for experienced players perfect for flex shots and headwinds.

The FX-2 has a matte, more grippy texture to the underside of the disc regardless of plastic choice.

My Flight Ratings 9/4/0/3.5 Not Beginner Friendly

This is a properly overstable disc, similar to the Streamline flare or the Innova firebird. These can have a slight dome or be board flat, and in my experience the 400 spectrum are always flat. Great disc for forehand drives in the wind.

Downsides are that the disc can feel a bit rough and weird for some. The underside of the disc feels more chalky than grippy. Personally i like this feel, but some might dislike it.
