What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates and free shipping depends on what country you want your order to be shipped. Example below are for discs and accessories in the same weight range all freight cost have a maxium cap on the weight of about 3 discs within Europeon Union (EU) with exceptions for baskets that have a bulky cost added.

For bigger items outside European Union countrys we have restrictions for shipping due to the carrier posibilitys and customs.

Shipping Methods

Before you go to the checkout you have two options of shipping

By default, standard orders are delivered by the lowest rates from Postnord, Schenker, Asendia. One to five disc orders are sent by by Postnord or Assendia (estimated 4 - 12 business days) unless a priority upgrade is purchased. Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Sweden. If you live in an country close to Sweden, your package will likely arrive in approximatly 4 - 8 days. 

Larger orders, including baskets and backpack style bags are typically shipped by Schenker or Bring ground, and are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For larger orders, a physical mailing address is required as carriers cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Priority Upgrade:

If you need your package sooner, click the "Faster Shipping" radial button in the Shipping Options section of the shopping cart. This prompt will appear before you check out.

For a €5.99 charge we will expedite your order to the top of the queue and send it priority mail. This applies to disc orders of less than 10 discs or small items that will fit in a 230mmx230mmx230mm box. Shipping times listed are estimates and can experience delays after leaving our facility.  

The priority upgrade does not guarantee delivery within any certain time frame. 

NOTE: Priority Upgrades will NOT guarantee shipment through Priority Mail if you are outside of the EU (European Union). However, they will still be moved to the front of the queue if you select the upgrade.

Processing Time

At Rocket Discs we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders

Priority Upgrade Orders made by 14:00 (UTC+01:00 Amsterdam time) are almost always shipped the same business day.

Standard orders shipped form the Rocket Discs warehouse are shipped within two business days unless we are waiting for a response as result of an order error. Because there is no mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.

Tracking Information

Order and tracking history are found by logging into your Rocket profile, under "My orders". Customers are also emailed a tracking number when the order is processed by our shipping department.

While the tracking information is usually accurate, it is not uncommon for a mail package to arrive a day or two later than estimated at the creation of the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on the day indicated on your tracking link, please be patient. We do not have any more information than you receive with your tracking number.

Please note that international shipping outside European Union charges only cover the cost of shipping the package to you. They do NOT cover duties and taxes levied by the receiving country. You are responsible for paying taxes levied by your country for receiving imported products (these fees may be collected by your own postal service upon receipt).

Why don't all discs have a profile image?

WILL ALL DISCS HAVE PROFILE IMAGES?

Our old website didn’t have the ability to show two images per disc.

This is something we have upgraded our new website to be able to do.

So now all new discs will have both a flight plate image as well as a profile image available.

ALL DISCS THAT HAVE PROFILE IMAGE WILL BEEN CLEARLY MARKED WITH A BUTTON “PROFILE IMAGE”

We will also work on taking new photos, both flight plate and profile on all 30.000+ discs we have in stock from old site.

But this will take some time as it’s no small undertaking. So it is something we will do over time.

Do you have a local store?

The first of May 2022 we opened up the doors to our first store, the warehouse shop located in Norrkoping, Sweden in the same building as our warehouse.

Opening hours right now are:

Thursdays 14.00 - 18.00 

Saturdays 10.00 - 14.00

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Yes.

If you live in regular disc golf countries like Canada, USA, Europe outside the EU, etc. we have international disc shipping rates calculated for you when you checkout.


If your country is not in the list of countries in the checkout feel free to reach out to us and we will qoute for a shipping cost before you order and manually invoice you for the shipping cost after you check out.

Are the pictures on your website the actual disc pictures?

Yes we take two induvidual pictures of every disc that our listed on the site, one main picture for the flight plate of the disc and one for the profile/rim of the disc.

All for helping you choose the exact disc you want, the disc you add to the cart is the disc you will receive.

***Note. Depending on your monitor, disc color display can vary. For example a blue/green disc may appear more blue on the website. 

 

What is your return policy?

How do I return a product?

Items purchased, but unused may be returned to Rocket Discs at the buyers shipping expense within 14 days of arrival.

 

If you wish to return a product purchased from Rocket Discs, please us the form under Contact us and add the following information:

We will then help you with this and you will receive an electronic return label, which you then print yourself and tape on well-packaged.
Once we have received the return, we will go through the product so that it is in unused condition. The amount for return will be deducted from your returned products before we make the refund to the payment method you paid with at the time of your purchase. The returning fee for returns within Sweden is €8.90 and from other countries within European Union it is €12.90. No returns from outside European Union is accepted if not paid for by customer, any custom and tariff fee will be deducted from the returned products before refund.  

You as a customer are fully responsible for ensuring that the return arrives to us and that it arrives in the condition it was sent to you, regardless of whether you choose to use our return shipping solution or a self-paid solution, you are always responsible for it coming to us.

If a disc has been thrown, or item used, we will not accept returns if you send back anything that are not in the state it was shipped to you, we will either send it back to you for additional cost or throw it. No don’t do any refunds for used products.

Reclaim

A reclaim is when the product has a visible defect, i.e. a visible damage where the product is affected by the use and defects in production, use the Contact us form to provide the information about what you want to complain about and why. Always attach one or more pictures of the defect.

In the case of production defects, it is up to the manufacturers to replace an item.

A reclaim does not apply to small, light marks on the product that have undergone the manufacturer's checks and do not affect its function.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.

 

Drop Ship Items
Some items such as baskets and some bags are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. These items are subject to the manufacturers return policy.

When I Entered My Gift Card it says "Wrong Code?"

When I entered my Gift Card or Discount code it says ”wrong code”?


Our website accepts two different kinds of codes: Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes

Gift Cards - will only work in the Gift Card field as a payment option on the checkout page.
Most of the time when peoples gift card codes do not work is because they enter them in the "Discount Codes" section.

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-ordered item is a commitment to purchase that particular disc model and/or plastic type, without knowledge of the exact weight and color. If you are looking for a specific disc, please wait until inventory is live on our website. When weights are entered for pre-orders they represent a weight range, and not an exact weight. For example, if one option is 160g, and the next is 170g, a selection of 160g may be a disc anywhere between 160-169g. 

For color and weight preferences, please e-mail support@rocketdiscs.com. We fulfill pre-orders in the order in which they are received, and do our best to fulfill them as close as possible. 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All items purchased in the same order will be shipped together, after the latest pre-order disc arrives. If you want to receive in stock discs immediately, make a seperate order from your pre-order.

 

Do you weigh each disc?

At Rocket Discs, we have chosen to trust the weights that the different disc manufacturers have marked on their discs. Since they mold the discs, have their own weighing procedures and indicate the weight on their discs, we do not feel that it is our job to doubt or change the weight that they've determined. However, we do know that sometimes factories and our own entered weights can have an error from time to time (nobody is perfect). If we've listed a disc weight different than the factory indicated on the disc, then we're happy to correct our error. 

How does the points rewards program work?

We have from the start of Rocket Discs had a Loyalty Reward Program and of course we will continue with this and reward you not only for your orders but also for other valuable contributions you make to make our community even better.

For your order we give you back 3% of your products purchased.

Note. We at rocketdiscs.com have 3 % store point kick back on cart value for example an order of €100 generates 1000 points which can be redeemed for a €3 gift card, you can save your points over time and generate a larger gift card or combine multiple gift cards. The gift cards has an expiry of two years from the date they are redeemed. Redeemed point gift card can't be reversed after you clicked on the redeem button on your profile. 

What is Mystery Disc?

The Mystery Disc option is great for curious people that want to take a chance!


The Mystery Disc will either be a stock disc in premium/midgrade plastic or it can sometimes even be a Tour Series or Special Stamp version in any plastic.

They can be from the big brands but they can also be from smaller companies you've never heard about before. If you want to take a chance and try something new then grab yourself a Mystery Disc at the checkout!

The value of the disc can be more or less than the cost for a Mystery Disc.
