Proton is the least expensive blend in the MVP line. Like all MVP discs, Proton has two seperate plastics; a transparent flight plate in vivid colors, and a black solid outer rim.

In proton plastic this disc is very overstable. In neutron and fission it is still overstable but much more manageable. I really like the volt because of this, it allows me to use the same mold in different plastics for different shots. My proton is my "firebird" disc, my newer neutron is my "thunderbird" and my very beat in proton is my "seasoned teebird3".
