This new plastic type was first released as part of Legacy's sponsorship of the 2015 PDGA Amatuer World Championships in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In our hands, Sparkle feels like a good cross between Icon and Pinnacle plastic with a beautiful sparkle finish.
