Innova KC Pro Roc
Innova KC Pro Roc
The Roc ages gradually and predictably. If you’re not sure what disc to throw, choose the Roc; just like most pros. The Roc is simply the best, most versatile mid-range disc ever made. It provides accuracy at any range. This disc can take and hold the angle of release, even into a headwind. It can be used for driving, upshots, straight shots, hyzer shots or anhyzers.
"The number one professional mid-range disc. It is very reliable at the high speeds that pros throw. It ages slowly, becoming an excellent slow turning disc as it wears."

Much has been written about the Roc and it's mostly all true. They are straighter than the numbers, even fresh, especially in DX. In DX they are also beautifully glidey (if you get a nice domey one). I would rate DX numbers 4/5/0/2 fresh. They beat in beautifully over time to fill all midrange slots. I have KC Pro, DX, and Star Rocs. KC Pro beat in slower, little less glidey, little more stability fresh. Star's are pretty close to the numbers, good for a stable slot you want to stay that way. I use DX Roc3s basically interchangeably with DX Rocs, they are just slightly more stable out of the box and a little flatter. My favorite Rocs are DX Glow (for a little added grip) Rocs with a little heartbeat. Just buttery flights. Great beginner disc. Pretty neutral but some stability for forgiveness. Will learn how to adjust angles to manipulate lines. And DX Rocs are some of the cheapest discs out there. After much experimenting with different mids, Rocs have become my mid of choice. Still gets the most "What was that?" comments after throws on the course.

I found a roc without a name in it. It is a good straigth flying disc if you put some hyzer on it. A good start mid

Greatest midrange mold ever made. KC Pro plastic is my favorite plastic of all time when it comes to midranges and putters. Starts stable and wears down to a straight flying all-around disc that can do pretty much anything. I have multiple KC Rocs in my bag that all fly different and that is why the Roc is my favorite midrange disc.
