Proto Glow Halo Star Details
This is Innova's Halo Star plastic mixed with their new Proto Glow plastic. It's a super high-end plastic made for Signature Discs.
Due to the nature of the coloring in these discs, they may not always glow as brightly as the standard green/white Proto Glow Plastic.
