My Flight Ratings 12/5/-1/3 Neutral

I have tested the Zeus so far as an ESP disc and as a prototype. From the flight values, the Zeus is similar to the Nuke, but has a slightly narrower rim, which is overall better in the hand and gives a better feeling when throwing. However, I prefer the Nuke for forehand throws because of the very large rim. For those switching from Innova to Discraft and looking for the equivalent of the Destroyer, the Zeus is the way to go. Personally, I like the ESP plastic from the Paul McBeth series for its grip and durability.
The Zeus is relatively flat and flies straight as an ESP disc for a realtively long time with a reliable fade at the end. The Prototype Zeus / Kong is much more overstable and therefore does not fly as far. If you prefer a more understable distance driver, you should get the BigZ plastic.
All in all, the Zeus is one of the very popular 12 speed distance drivers and is in no way inferior to the Destroyer or the CloudBreaker.

My main distance driver. Starts out pretty overstable and can handle quite a bit of torque. Once slightly seasoned it turns into a wonderful hyzer-flip disc that glides very straight and has a forward-pushing fade. I think it works well for both backhand and sidearm as it's decently flat. The esp plastic is great, but can be pretty slippery when brand new. When it has been beat in a bit and the plastic has been exposed to some dirt, it becomes very grippy, even when slightly damp.

It's a fantastic disc to grow into and learning to throw really far. With less power it will fade reliably hard and the more power you put on you will see and learn to control the hyper flip.
