it is a good understable fairway driver, which has a nice turn. I hear some use it as a roller, I personally have never used it for that. But it is very great for hyzer flips. Would definitely recommend it for beginners, where it might fly more overstable for them

This disc surprised me with its distance potential. It's ony 8 speed, but you can have so much control with this that it goes very far. In my opinion this has the perfect combination of control, glide, understability and distance. My favorite shot with Essence is hyzerflip turnover in my local wooded course. You will definitely be surprised how easy it is to throw far with this one.
