Latitude 64 Pearl

The Latitude 64 Pearl is a fantastic midrange for players with lower arm speed as well as beginners. The Pearl will provide easy distance from it's combination of high glide and turn as well as giving you accurate throws like more overstable discs wont give you. Also suitable for players with bigger arms in need of a midrange that finish gently on a turnover.

My Flight Ratings 4/6/-4/0 Very Beginner Friendly

The pearl is aimed at new players that is just getting started and has a slower armspeed. I have one that I lend to new players and for them it's a great first experience.

It's incredibly flippy which means if you put any kind of power behind it will be hard to control it. So even if you are a beginner that has experience from other 'throwing-sports', this is probably not the disc for you as it doesn't quite do what you expect it to do and take some technique to figure it out

This disc is terribly flippy. Considering that I have been playing for only half a year and am definetly still a beginner, this disc is to flippy to throw in any scenario I would usually throw a midrange in. I mostly give it to friends who are playing their first rounds, and they enjoy the disc alot as it flies relatively straight for alot of them. However if you are looking at this review as a beginner who wants to buy a few first discs, I cannot recommend this disc unless your armspeed and/or your progression is very low. It will quickly get too flippy. I would much rather recommend something more stable, that will teach one the different shots better, while also staying in the bag longterm, like an MD-1 a Buzzz or similar.

Probably a great disc for kids and older people, but I cannot really comment on that. The Plastic feels great.
