Innova Firebird
Firebird
An excellent disc for throwing long range flex shots. A favorite of sidearm and overhead throwers, too. This disc is designed for professional level players. The Firebird’s combination of superior speed and stability make it possible to throw drives into the wind with confidence.
"The Firebird is an overstable distance driver which works extremely well into a headwind. It is Innovas most popular upwind distance driver."

very overstable and beefy fairway driver. I would not recommend to a beginner, unless they need something very OS for utility shots.
mine is very flat, fits well for forehand. plastic is nice and grippy. glows well

Flatness: 5 Somewhat Domey
Stiffness: 4 Neutral flat
It can be amazing for approach shots and can also be really good for shots of 80 meters where you might need a lot of fade. It also has more glide then the 3.

The firebird, probably the best forehand disc I own, not really for the distance but just the feel of the rim and the reliability of the flight for upshots.
It will fade and it will fade hard. If you want to get it to stand up and hold straight you need a big arm or a disc that youve beaten in.
Champion plastic is so durable, you can expect the disc to stay close to the flightnumbers for a long time!

What is there to say, best overstable control-driver in the game. With enough power it goes straight for about 80-90m with a reliable meath-hook fade.
Perfect for flex-shots or hyzers. Best disc in the game.

I mostly use the Firebird for hyzer shots around stuff.
Probably a great disc in headwind for more advanced players.

Everyone needs a Champ Firebird in their bag. This is such a reliable disc, that you won't regret getting yourself one. It is good for forehands, skip shots, hyzers and grenades. It is also good for headwind shots. If you play a lot of wooded courses, Firebird is a must have.

The Firebird in Champion plastic is a good hyzer disc for around 60-90m throws especially on forehand. It's a windfighter, even to some really hard winds it keeps it's flight path pretty close to a hyzer one. The top isn't flat on my disc at least but it fits really comfortable on my pistol forehand grip. The plastic holds it's stability well too. You can also use this really well for flexshots when you need it.

I was using a Star Firebird and was always wondering why there was so much hype about the Sexton Firebirds. But when I finally tried them (2021 Edition) I understood. The Color Glow plastic is just amazing! It's the best feeling Innova plastic in my opinion and I dont know why, but it seems to make these board flat firebirds more glidey. So they feel amazing, are dependable as a firebird always is, and still make good distance. The only problem is, these firebirds are really expensive. I'm gonna give them 5 Stars because it's an awesome disc, but for that prize you can also buy almost 3 similar ones from other companys or just stock star or champion ones. But the Sexton Firebirds are just the best feeling and looking Firebirds out there.

Love to use this on forehand and upshots. Reliable in wind

very good over stable disc. Firebird is reliable in wind both backhand and forehand
in star plastic it is very close to 2020 sexton firebird.

Love it for forehands and backhands, specially in headwind. A good disc to have in your bag, not the best one to learn throwing technique with though.
I got a bunch of stock champion Firebirds with different wear.. great to have a disc with reliable fade in the end.
