If you throw overhands around 95-105 meters you can expect this to pan ALL (if on tomahawk) the way right and not come back until right before it hits the ground and the opposite (if you are left handed or throw thumbers)

For forehands I'll refernce Adam's comment but change one word "Perfect if you wanna go around 75 meters straight and then 90 degrees right and 'roll' 10 meters"
