My Flight Ratings 13/5/-1.5/2 Not Beginner Friendly

The new ESP plastic makes the Crank much more OS than the old ESP blend. This makes the Crank more viable for bigger arms. When new I didnt really get any turn out of it. It is a high speed driver so you need some armspeed to get it going. Still it is a really far flying disc, but it didnt get me any magical extra distance. I would say the Crank is a good choice when you start hitting that +100m mark consistently with slower discs and want to try faster drivers.

My Flight Ratings 13/5/0/2.5 Terrible for Beginners

When I started with disc golf, I wanted to try a distance driver after a while and chose the Crank, because the flight values suggest a relatively stable flight with a turn at the beginning of the flight. I have tested the disc in Z plastic and in 170 grams.
I find Z plastic generally not optimal for distance driver, because they lose grip especially in cold and wet weather strongly and therefore one has frequent early releases.
From the width of the rim is the crank between a Nuke and a Force and it has a very flat surface.
From the flight behavior it is surprisingly overstable and I can not understand the turn of -2. However, I can imagine that players with a throwing distance of about 140m can make the Crank turn. If you're looking for a stable distance driver, you're better off with the Hades or the Scorch if you don't throw extremely long distances. Beginners I would definitely advise against the disc and for advanced players it might be a good choice, but there are plenty other very good distance drivers.

This is definitely not beginner friendly, but once you learn forehand, this disc comes in very handy.
