Its probably the most popular and most sold midrange of all time and there's a good reason for it. It's reliably stable, handles a lot of power and torque. On top of that you can finesse the disc around trees like no other. For me ESP plastic tends to be the straightest!

One of the more stable buzzz runs ive thrown. the -1 turn was not showing for me atleast. Cool effects with the UV , but for me this was too stable for what i needed it for. If you are looking for a buzzz with more fade this could be the one for you

I would say that the buzzz in Elite z plastic is a bit straighter than the stock buzz. It holds straight longer and flips abit more than the stock ones. So you can really call this a straight shooter.

Great disc in the woods for hitting fairways.

One of the best midranges out there. Straight flyer in the z plastic for me. The great thing with the buzzz is that there are so many diffrent plastics that you can get yourself a understable, straight and overstable disc just depending on the run. Very veristale disc. Great for beginners and am/pro.

Flys pretty straight with a small fade in the end. great for wooded shots when u have to keep it in the fairway .

Stiffness: 6 pretty stiff

Flatness: 2 pretty flat

I got a glo halloween buzzz. It is super stiff. It does not feel so good in my hand. I personally prefer a hex over the buzzz. But I can't deny that this disc a legend, and always will be. In Z glo it has a bit of fade at the end.

Prepare to be amazed by the Discraft Buzzz! This mid-range disc is an absolute game-changer. Its straight flight path and gentle fade make it a dream to throw. Plus, the glide on this thing is out of this world

Flightstatsswise I'd say that the titanium plastic out of the box it was more overstable than other runs and it's increcibly durable. I've had it in and out of my bag for 3 years from a complete beginner to playing in intermediate. It's hit it's fair share of trees but still flies great. For sure now it tends to flip up a bit but it's not gone to the understable side yet.

Friendly to beginners? Sure I think so! If you come to the sport and start off with a decent throwingarm I'd say that a disc that you can rely on doing the same thing every throw is what you need to evolve and become more techincal further down the line.

The feel of the buzzz is probably why it's one of the worlds most popular mids, I have mediumsized hands and i just think that it fits great and you get a great powergrip with the titanium plastic

My first thought after I threw an ESP Buzzz for the first time was "this is nothing like what I expected": I was pleasantly surprised that brand new it was a fair bit more stable than what one would expect based on flight numbers. That said I strongly believe that everyone should try it at least once. If you are new to disc golf it will be a great asset to teach you proper release and it will be a great benchmark to see if you are ready to disc up. After which point it will still be one of your most reliable multipurpose discs.

Currently I carry 2 with me at all times: the aforementioned ESP for going dead straight or when I want my throw to hold the angle (took some beating in); and a Big Z when I want a dependably stronger fade at the end or when conditions are windier.

All in all it's not a disc after which you will say "WOW". It will just not leave your bag.

I don't think you'll find a better midrange on the market.

This disc can do anything.

You are able to hyzerflip, anhyzer and hyzer the Buzzz.
If you only think you need one mid, then go get the Buzzz

There are a lot of straight flying midranges on the market and Buzzz is probably the most popular. To me it's something more. I've thrown better straight discs, but Buzzz is the best at holding the angle you put it on. It doesn't mean it can't fly straight, but you just have to be more precise with the flat/baby hyzer angle to make it fly more than 100m dead straight. This makes it the most useful weapon on both wooded and open courses. It is also one of the most comfortable discs for every hand size. I always carry 1 Big Z Buzzz (fresh, stable) and 1 ESP (6 months, a bit understable) and these two are flying all the time. I would recommend Buzzz to everyone, but beginners can sometimes find it difficult to control. If so throw Buzzz even more, it's perfect disc to learn how to throw better.

I have an extra rule for Buzzz - no forehand allowed (but it's 4fun)

Great workhorse for both beginners and intermediate players. The Z glo is a bit more stable than ESP, I feel like - but stays that way.

The Buzzz is a straight midrange that holds any line you put it on while providing great glide. I've tried a many straight midranges and most of them fly the same but I prefer the Buzzz because it's shallow and fits my hand better. I also love the Buzzz because of the wide range of plastics, colors and stamps. If you want a disc that flies as beautiful as it looks then buy the Buzzz.

The GOAT of midranges!

Whats there to say... Great feel in the hand and fantastic flight! When new, the Buzzz flies straight with a reliable fade in the end. With more throws under it's belt it really flies straight forever.

Buzzz is famous for a reason, definitely get one!

The buzzz is definetly one of the straightest midranges on the market. At first the esp buzzz is straight with some fade in the end, but after throwing it a bit it becomes lazer straight. I would rate it 5 stars for flight but the esp plastic just doesn't have enough grip in my opinion.

What to say about the Buzzz? Everyone knows the disc and everyone loves the disc. As a beginner, I always heard other players rave about the disc, so I bought one myself. Since then, I can't imagine playing disc golf without the disc. In my eyes, this is the best disc golf disc I know and if you were only allowed to play one disc, I would definitely choose the Buzzz. It is perfectly controllable and suitable for any throws between 50 and 100 meters. In very strong winds it is even suitable for putting. The disc feels extremely good in the hand. If you throw it straight, the disc also shows a very straight flight with a slight fade at the end. If you throw it on a hyzer or anhyzer angle, it holds the flight path all the way to the end. For me one of the go-to discs both in the open field and in the woods. I have tested the disc so far in Z, Big Z and ESP and can recommend all plastic types. The Z plastic is a little more overstable than the other plastic types. For beginners, a weight between 168 and 172 grams is perfect. For advanced players I would recommend a Max weight disc. My father used to have a Full Coulour Buzzz. However, this one is probably more for collecting than throwing, as the plastic feels much more slippery compared to others.
