I really like this disc, perfect for turnovers, rollers and hyzerflips.
When the disc flies it is beautiful to watch.
It is reliable, and you know what you get.
Even though I would recommend putters and mids to beginners, this disc can give you some distance in the early stages of your disc golf life :)

nice disc for beginners throwing their 1st hyzer-flip shots for distance or rollers ...... but also would recommend the Discraft Heat for rollers and Discraft Scorch / Hades for distance shots in case you wanna go up in the speed category!

Love this disc in ESP plastic. When thrwon on an RHBH slight hyzer angle with some height it will flip to flat and then very slowly drift to the right without overturning and burning to the ground. When I need a right drifting shot which my forehand can´t reach I use the Avenger SS.

The Avenger SS is an understable fairway, that I would suggest for relatively new players, who are starting to get a grip of things, and want to start looking into hyzerflips.
My experience giving it to brand new players is, that it's a bit too fast for them to reliably get a good flight out of it. The low speed fade usually kicks in too early, when you don't have the armspeed for a 10 speed disc.
For more experienced players it will be a good utility disc for rollers and big turnover shots. It was the first disc I learned to throw rollers with, and I now bag two in different weights depending on how much flip I need on my rollers.

Avenger ss always becomes a roler when you throw it hard. Throw it a little softer and you can get nice curves and the disc lands at the right (RHBH). Very unstable and works perfectly as a roller disc or for beginners who do not have the arm strength.

This disc has a nice understable flight, which makes it a nice beginner distance driver with easy distance. You can shape many kinds of shots with it and it goes really far.

A great beginner friendly driver, which within time can be a great utility disc depending on the level. Depending on wind this can be use for so many diferent things, has hyzer flip to flat, when more beaten in hyzer flip to a turnover. Even rollers for advanced players. I prefer the ESP platsic but will try our more durable plastic to see if it holds the same kind of flight, as my oldest avenger SS is very flippy.

The Avenger SS was my first understable distance driver. Especially for beginners the perfect entry disc in the range of distance drivers. Many disc golfers use the disc for backhand rollers. I personally love them for turnover shots. The esp plastic is more understable than the z plastic in my opinion

Great disc for beginners, I still use it after 1,5 years in the field
