Discmania Astronaut
Astronaut
The Astronaut is the second distance driver in the Discmania Active Line. It's the perfect choice for newer players looking for their first distance driver as the Astronaut is fast but very understable with tons of glide. For players with faster arms the Astronaut is suitable for maximum distance rollers and sky anhyzers or maybe even when you find yourself in a tricky situation and can't throw full power. Look at the Astronaut for easy distance down the fairway.

Very good for beginners that want a distance driver. Great glide. For me when I just started out playing, this was very straight and then would fade in the end. I would be able to hit 90 meters with it, where I normally only could hit 80 meters. After now playing for way over a year, it has a lot of turn, which makes it useful in fx wooded situations.
This and a Sapphire was my go to distance drive back then, I still love those two disc and would recommend for any beginner.

As someone who just started playing Disc Golf this Summer (roughly 2-3 months ago) this Disc is one of my favorites. It allows me to reach good distances while keeping relatively straight, as my form and arm speed are still not that great. Got a couple of really nice birdies because of this disk. If you are looking to buy your first Distance Driver, this might be a good choice. Very fun to play with!

The disc for me is very under stable.
I could release it on a hyzer and it would flip all the way up to an anhyzer, and then actually hold the line for a long time.
I think this disc would be the perfect beginner disc, for those who are looking for distance.
