Understable disc perfect for hyzer flips. Kinda like a wave with less speed. It will turn if you throw it straight. The Halloween eclipse run is more stable and flies more like a Tesla.

Took me a while to learn to throw this disc. It would always turn over on me. Now it is one of my farthest flying discs in my bag though. It flips up and just keeps going especially in a tailwind when you get the nose down. Right now I only have one in Fission plastic but I will definitely experiment with different variations in the future.

This disc is great for the forehand! Very flat and low rim depth.

fits perfect in the hand! In the eclipse plastic it is alot more torque resistant than in the other plastics. Thrown hard and flat it will stay straight and have a dependable fade in the end. Becoming one of my favorite discs in my bag for forehands.

This is one of my favorite control drivers. When i throw it with a little bit of hyzer it flips up and flies straight, then pops back just a little and gives a subtle fade at the end. Love it!

I absolutely love this disc for forehand. In Eclipse 2.0 plastic it is board flat and very shallow. The plastic also makes it substantially more stable than the numbers suggest, making it a great straight forehand disc that can handle torque.

Great control driver once you get to know it. My favorite shot with the insanity is a long controlled hyzershot that stands up and rides straight with a soft penetrating fade at the end, with 70-80% power. If powered up it will even turn over and fade back to a point in line with the release. Holds the line on a anhyzer. I have 3-4 insanities in my bag in different plastics since they offer a consistent difference in stability, and they feel so good in the hand. From most stable to understable: eclipse 2.0, cosmic neutron, neutron, proton, fission. I havent tried the plasma insanity yet but I have heard that it is a little more domey and stable than most other plastics.

I have this one in Plasma plastic, from new it pretty much fly like its numbers. I can see in other reviews here that some people think it's quite overstable, i can understand that since i also bought a used Proton Insanity. This one is even slightly more overstable than my Plasma even though it has very significant use.

For me with a ~100m arm i can throw it (Plasma) on a slight hyzerflip and it glides faaar before it finishes even right (RHBH). This is the longest disc i have that i can throw this far straight, a little more hyzer and it fades left as "normal". Absolutely one of my favourites! And it has good torque resistance, which i've noticed on all gyro discs, works great even for forehand!

Love the Insanity!

For beginner and intermediate players it will flip up to flat nicely with a good glide that can cut through winds.

Give it a bit more oomph and it will turn over on a predictable line that goes on and on before a soft fade at the end.

The Insanity is super versatile for a variety of flight paths and the mold is very comfortable for both BH and FH.

It's one of my staples!

Really overstable out of the box. Not very deep so makes for a pretty sweet forehand disc for me, but cant really grip it nicley on backhand. Great plastic, amazing glow as always!

Proton 159g - Great for long turnovers, doesn't have the power to fight back unless given a really long flight.

Eclipse 2.0 170g - Drastically overstable compared to the Proton, shows almost no turn for me , I use it for straight sidearms.

I love this disc!

You need some power to turn it, but if you have some decent power like me it will fly very straight and have that nice fade at the end. I use this as one of my main distance drivers now, and I feel like I can rely on this to get that straight forward distance everytime. Bought 2 extra while it is in stock so I have backups!

Reliable stable workhorce for windy situations. Needs somewhat speed to turn over
