Pre-Order information!
You can pre-order all Halloween molds right now! There are some important things to know beforehand so keep reading. Release date is currently unknown, we should be adviced in the next couple of weeks by MVP. As soon as we know you'll know! So keep in mind it will take a while before they release. If you put items in stock with your pre-order then they'll ship when the pre-order items releases.

Leapin' Lizottle: You can select the stamp you want, but know that this is only a suggestion as we cannot guarantee you'll get the stamp you want. We are at the mercy of what MVP sends us with regards to stamps, colors and weights. As such we can only guarantee you will get the correct number o discs you want. Weights 173-176g picked at random.

Hokom Crave: You can pre-order the number of discs you want and rim colors will be selected at random. Weights 165-175g, send us a mail if you want a disc towards the lower or higher end.

Conrad Nomad: You can pre-order the number of discs you want. Weights 165-175g, send us a mail if you want a disc towards the lower or higher end.

Full Eclipse Proxy: You can pre-order the number of discs you want, colors will be selected at random. Weights 171-174g picked at random.
 
Pre-orders are processed in the order they're received, weight requests are sent to support@rocketdiscs.com and fullfilled according to availability.
 

Shipping Methods

By default, standard orders are delivered by the lowest rates from Postnord, DHL, Assendia or UPS. One to five disc orders are sent by by Postnord or Assendia (estimated 4 - 8 business days) unless a priority upgrade is purchased. Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Sweden. If you live in an country close to Sweden, your package will likely arrive in approximatly 2-3 days. 

Larger orders, including baskets and backpack style bags are typically shipped by DHL or UPS ground, and are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For larger orders, a physical mailing address is required as UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

At Rocket Discs we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders

Priority Upgrade Orders made by 14:00 (UTC+01:00 Amsterdam time) are almost always shipped the same business day.

Standard orders shipped form the Rocket Discs warehouse are shipped within three business days unless we are waiting for a response as result of an order error. Because there is no mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.

Tracking Information

Order and tracking history are found by logging into your Rocket Account. Customers are also emailed a tracking number when the order is processed by our shipping department.

While the tracking information is usually accurate, it is not uncommon for a mail package to arrive a day or two later than estimated at the creation of the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on the day indicated on your tracking link, please be patient. We do not have any more information than you receive with your tracking number.

Priority Upgrade:

If you need your package sooner, click the "Faster Shipping" radial button in the Shipping Options section of the shopping cart. This prompt will appear before you check out.

For a €4.99 charge we will expedite your order to the top of the queue and send it priority mail. This applies to disc orders of less than 10 discs or small items that will fit in a 230mmx230mmx230mm box. Shipping times listed are estimates and can experience delays after leaving our facility.  

The priority upgrade does not guarantee delivery within any certain time frame.

For larger orders, contact us first as additional charges may apply for priority shipments. The Priority Mail upgrade is ONLY FOR DISCS and small products.

The first of May 2022 we opened up the doors to our first store, the warehouse shop located in Norrkoping, Sweden in the same building as our warehouse.

Yes. But it can be expensive.

If you live in common disc golf countries Canada, USA, Europe outside EU etc. we have international shipping prices for discs calculated for you when you check out. For countries where we have never shipped before, we will manually have to bill you the shipping cost after you check out. Most international orders are shipped via DHL.

Please note that international shipping charges only cover the cost of shipping the package to you. They do NOT cover customs duties and taxes charged by the receiving country. You are responsible for paying taxes charged by your country for receiving imported products (those charges may be levied by your own postal service upon receipt).

Yes we take induvidual pictures of every disc that our listed on the site.

***Note. Depending on your monitor, disc color display can vary. For example a blue/green disc may appear more blue on the website. 

 

Rocket Discs Return Policy:

Items purchased, but unused may be returned to Rocket Discs at the buyers shipping expense within 14 days of arrival.

Please let us know what product you wish to return andd what ordernumber, send it to us on support@rocketdiscs.com

We will make an return freight label and deduct the cost from the refund.

Print out the return label and pack it well, if possible use the same box and package.

Customers may choose from the following options for returned items in new condition:

  • A. Refunded minus a 10% restock fee
  • B. Fully refunded with Rocket Discs store credit. 
  • C. Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.

If a disc has been thrown, or item used, we can not accept returns.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.

Drop Ship Items
Some items such as baskets and some bags are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. These items are subject to the manufacturers return policy.

Our website accepts two different kinds of codes: Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes

Discount codes will only work in the Discount Code field, and Gift Cards will only work in the Gift Card field. Most of the time peoples gift card codes do not work because they enter them in the "Discount Codes" section.

Discount Codes - Are applied in the shopping cart before checkout.

Gift Cards - Are applied as a payment method at checkout. 

A pre-ordered item is a commitment to purchase that particular disc model and/or plastic type, without knowledge of the exact weight and color. If you are looking for a specific disc, please wait until inventory is live on our website. When weights are entered for pre-orders they represent a weight range, and not an exact weight. For example, if one option is 160g, and the next is 170g, a selection of 160g may be a disc anywhere between 160-169g. 

For color and weight preferences, please e-mail support@rocketdiscs.com. We fulfill pre-orders in the order in which they are received, and do our best to fulfill them as close as possible. 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All items purchased in the same order will be shipped together, after the latest pre-order disc arrives. If you want to receive in stock discs immediately, make a seperate order from your pre-order.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

As Pre-Order items are generally very limited and highly sought after, pre-order cancellations
are only refunded in the form of Gift Cards. This is to keep these collectible discs from being pre-ordered in bulk by scalpers that later cancel the order.

 

At Rocket Discs, we have chosen to trust the weights that the different disc manufacturers have marked on their discs. Since they mold the discs, have their own weighing procedures and indicate the weight on their discs, we do not feel that it is our job to doubt or change the weight that they've determined. However, we do know that sometimes factories and our own entered weights can have an error from time to time (nobody is perfect). If we've listed a disc weight different than the factory indicated on the disc, then we're happy to correct our error.

At Rocket Discs we have a dedicated staff that processes orders from 07.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday.

On normal weekdays (not federal mail holidays), priority upgraded orders placed before 13:00 typically ship out the same day. How long it takes to get to you depends on your location from Sweden and major mail hubs.

Unless you select a priority upgrade, packages ship first class or ground mail which typically takes an estimated 4-10 business days.  Larger packages are shipped DHL or UPS Ground where shipping is an estimated 4-12 business days. Detailed shipping information can be found here.

Priority Upgrade:

If you need a small package sooner, check the "Priority Mail Upgrade" link in the Upgrades section of the shopping cart.

For a €5.90 charge we will expedite your order to the top of our order qeue and send it through Priority Mail.  This includes disc orders of up to 10 discs or 2kg.

For larger orders that will not fit in a 230mmX230mmX230mm box, the priority upgrade will give you priority processing and bump your shipment to the top of our queue, but standard (slower) shipping methods will still apply due to the weight of the package.

The priority upgrade does NOT guarantee deilivery in a certain amount of days, but it does give you faster processing and a more expensive, generally faster, delivery service.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekends and holidays WILL slow down shipping time, that is why the estimates are listed as "business days."  Mail is usually not picked up from our facility or delivered on weekends.

Also, the shipping time estimates are for the European Union ONLY. Delivery outside of the EU will always take more time, which we are unable to control.

If you need faster shipping for large orders, you must contact us before making the order so we can calculate additional charges for a priority mail shipment. The Priority Mail upgrade is ONLY FOR DISCS and small products shipped within the EU (excludes backpacks, baskets, carts, etc. and does NOT available outside EU). 

For large items, or overnight delivery, you must contact us in advance to arrange payment for expedited shipping.
